- Orders fulfillments time:
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. We try our best to ship your order the next day after its placed.

We are currently offering only one method of shipping to our national orders: EXPRESS Registered Mail.
- EXPRESS Registered Mail: It guarantees the fastest and most secure delivery. With this shipping method, you can track and trace your order after we have shipped it. It is also the only method that we take responsibility for in case your order is missed or never arrived to its destination.
- Shipping fees:
Shipping fees are not included in the prices of the items and are added to the total cost of the customer's order, at the final moment of purchase. You can check shipping fees to your country at check-out.

Our carrier delivers from Monday to Friday at working hours (9 am - 17 pm). If you are not at home we recommend you to use an alternative address.
National deliveries (Portugal) are supported by CTT Post Carrier. CTT offers a service where if you are not at home, they will leave a notice at your mailbox so you can colect your package at the post office indicated. You will have a maximum period of 5 business days to pick up your order. After this period, your order will be returned to our facilities.
*In times of high affluence, such as festive seasons, orders may take longer to reach their destination. ORYA Jewelry® does not take responsibility for such delay.
- Tracking and status of your order:
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your order tracking number and details at your email.

- Orders returned or refused:
If your order is returned to ORYA Jewelry® by your own responsibility (e.g., you choose to refuse your order package or you do not collect your package at the post office within the specified period) you are responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs fees that are incurred on the package and also the cost of returning the package to our facilities. This amount will be deducted from the refund after the package gets to our hands. (The previously does not apply if your address is located in Portugal, as there are no fees or duties to apply to the returning process).
If the you wish our team to resend it, and/or send a new one, it is necessary to proceed with the payment of new shipping costs, which must be made by bank transfer or MBway (only Portugal). Payment details will be sent to you in due time by email.
