If you wish to exchange or return your order, you have 14 non-business days after receiving your order to send or deliver it to our studio in Lisbon (which requires prior appointment based on availability).

Items that cannot be exchanged or returned:

• Candles: due to their nature, they cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded;
• Personalized items due to their individual nature;
• Earrings, for hygiene and safety reasons;
• Items that have been modified at the customer's request (e.g., increasing the necklace chain length from 45 cm to 50 cm);
• Gift cards;
• Limited edition/collaboration items.
