Shipping and deliveries

We currently only ship to Europe and the United States of America.


Order processing time:

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We do our best to ship your order the same day or the next day after it is submitted.

Portugal and the rest of the world:

We use shipping methods with tracking codes as the only shipping method for our national and international orders, as they guarantee faster and safer delivery . You can, at any time, track your order after it has been processed in our studio and receive an email with all the tracking information.

 

Shipping rates and delivery times*:

Shipping costs are not included in the prices of the items and are added to the total cost of the customer's order at the time of final purchase. The cost may vary depending on the weight of the order, the chosen carrier and the final price of the order.

For all destinations (except the United States of America): FREE SHIPPING for purchases over or equal to €50 with tracked shipping.

Shipping costs may be free for other amounts, depending on the current campaign.

    Our carriers deliver from Monday to Saturday during business hours (9am - 5pm). If you are not at home, we recommend that you use an alternative address.
    The carriers we work with offer a service whereby if you are not at home, they will leave a notice in your mailbox so that you can collect your order from the indicated post office. You will have a maximum period of 5 working days to collect your order. After this period, your order will be returned to our facilities.


    Location and status of your order:

    Once your order is processed, you will receive the order tracking number and details via email.
    You can track the delivery status of your order here .

     

    Returned or refused orders:

    If your order is returned to ORYA Jewelry® at your own risk (e.g., you choose to refuse your package or fail to pick up your order at the post office within the specified time period), you are responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs fees incurred on the package and also the cost of returning the package to our facility. This amount will be deducted from your refund once the package has reached us.
    If you would like our team to resend it, and/or send a new one, you must pay the new shipping costs, which must be made by bank transfer or MBway (Portugal only). Payment details will be sent to you in due course by email.


    Insurance and loss of parcels:

    ORYA Jewelry® is not responsible for lost orders.
    To avoid any problems, please verify all your personal information and address details at the time of check-out.
    If any order does not arrive at its destination or has been lost, you can contact your local carrier and start the claim process. 

    Notice on Customs Fees and Taxes

    ORYA JEWELRY customers should be aware that, depending on the destination country, their order may be subject to customs fees, import taxes and other administrative fees . These costs are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.

    • Customs fees and taxes are calculated by local authorities and are not controlled by ORYA JEWELRY.
    • If an order is refused due to unexpected fees, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
    • We advise customers to check with their local customs office to estimate any additional costs prior to making a purchase.
