What is stainless steel?
Most of the jewelry produced and sold by ORYA Jewelry® is in gold plated stainless steel.
Stainless steel is a super strong and long-lasting metal , being considered one of the favorite metals of the modern era of jewelry makers. One of the biggest advantages of stainless steel is that it doesn't have exorbitant prices like gold, but at the same time it guarantees the durability that precious metals have.
We make jewelry to last.
If your jewelry is entirely made from stainless steel (with no rhinestones, zircons, pearls or any other material) feel free to rock it as you go! Our stainless steel jewelry can be used in everyday activities, without losing color or getting rusty ! Think of a jewel that you don't take off to shower, swim in the sea or in the pool - yes, it's ours.
But isn't stainless steel colored silver?
Yes, it is. Most of our jewelry are gold plated stainless steel, giving our pieces a gold color.
In our last collections, we have used a coating method called PVD (physical vapor deposition) that allows for even longer duration of the golden (10x more durable) . In fact, these are the jewelry we offer a guarantee on.
1 year warranty
We have developed a jewelry finishing method that allows our pieces to last 10x longer than similar pieces from other brands. Our PVD gold-plated stainless steel jewelry is 100% waterproof and tarnish-free . The jewelry's durability was tested and retested throughout the course of many months, and although many of our initial items failed to uphold to our standards, we came to a final product lineup that surpasses our requirements. This means that we are now able to offer you high quality jewelry with reasonable prices. Quality doesn't always mean expensive, right?
We believe in our product so much that we give you 1 year warranty* on all the jewelry from this collection:
If your jewelry tarnishes or loses color, we will immediately replace it or send you store credit on the value paid for the item . If this happens, please contact us via email info@oryajewelry.com and we will do the rest for you.
* our warranty doesn't apply to little parts of the jewelry (≤ 5 mm) such as clasps, jump rings and even the stud of an earring, as it is still impossible for us to offer a reasonable PVD coating process on smaller pieces. For situations like this one, please refer to the “Repairing service”. Also, this warranty does not cover any misuse of the items (scratching, etc).
Repair service
If your jewelry loses color in one of these (clasps or jump rings), we will gladly repair this defect free of charge (the customer only covers the shipping fee) within 1 year from the day of purchase .
After this period of 1 year, this service will be charged (the cost depends on the repair itself) in addition to the shipping fee.
