Shipping and deliveries

We currently only ship to Portugal, the European Union and the United Kingdom.


Order processing time:

Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. We try our best to ship your order on the same day or the next day after it's placed.

Shipping Methods:

Portugal, European Union, UK:

We use EXPRESS Registered Mail as the only shipping method for our national and international orders, as it guarantees a faster and safer delivery. With this shipping method, you will be able to track and trace your order after it has been shipped. 

 

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are not included in the prices of the items and are added to the total cost of the customer's order, at the final moment of purchase. The cost varies depending on whether you are buying just light items like jewelry, or heavier items like our candles.

You can confirm shipping rates to your country at checkout.

Portugal:

| For jewelry: € 4.50
| For candles: € 5.00

* Free for purchases ≥ € 50.


European Union + United Kingdom:

| For jewelry: € 5.00
| For candles: € 6.50

* Free for purchases ≥ € 50.

 

Free shipping over 50 € for all countries. Shipping costs may be free for other values, depending on the current campaign.

 

Delivery times:

Portugal: 1 to 2 business days
European Union + United Kingdom: 6 to 7 working days

 

Our carrier delivers from Monday to Friday at working hours (9 am - 17 pm). If you are not at home we recommend you to use an alternative address.

National deliveries (Portugal) are supported by CTT Post Carrier. CTT offers a service where if you are not at home, they will leave a notice at your mailbox so you can collect your package at the post office indicated. You will have a maximum period of 5 business days to pick up your order. After this period, your order will be returned to our facilities. 

*In times of high affluence, such as festive seasons, orders may take longer to reach their destination. ORYA Jewelry® does not take responsibility for such delay.


Tracking and status of your order:

As soon as your order is processed, you will receive the order tracking number and its details via email.
You can track the delivery status of your order here .

 

Returned or refused orders:

If your order is returned to ORYA Jewelry® at your own risk (for example, you choose to refuse to package your order or do not pick up your order at the post office within the specified period), you are responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs fees incurred on packaging and also the cost of returning the packaging to our facilities. This amount will be deducted from the refund after the order reaches us.
If you want our team to resend it, and/or send a new one, you must pay the new shipping costs, which must be done by bank transfer or MBway (Portugal only). Payment details will be sent to you via email in due course.


Insurance and lost orders:

ORYA Jewelry® is not responsible for lost orders.
To avoid problems, please double check all your personal information and address details at check-out.
If an order does not reach its destination or has been lost, you can contact your local carrier (CTT in Portugal) and start the claim process.
