Since it belongs to the 100% waterproof collection, it doesn't require any special care. This jewelry was designed and created to be used in your daily activities. The #ORYAClub is made up of proactive women, always running from one place to another. They need their lives to be practical, and their accessories reflect just that – going to the gym, taking a shower, swimming in the pool or the sea without having to remove their accessories. Warranty

1-year warranty on all items from our 100% waterproof collection with PVD gold plating. Learn more here. Quality doesn’t always mean expensive, right?

Shipping & Deliveries

Order Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping Methods: We use shipping methods with tracking codes as the only form of shipping for both domestic and international orders, as they ensure faster and more secure delivery. You can track your order at any time once it has been processed in our studio and you receive an email with all tracking information.

Exchanges & Returns

If you wish to exchange or return your order, you have 14 non-business days after receiving your order to send or deliver it to our studio in Lisbon (which requires prior appointment based on availability).

To begin the exchange or return process, it is mandatory to fill out the exchange form available at: https://oryajewelry.com/pages/exchanges-and-returns-form and wait for our team’s response via email with the next steps.

Items that cannot be exchanged or returned:

Candles: due to their nature, they cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded;
Personalized items due to their individual nature;
Earrings, for hygiene and safety reasons;
Items that have been modified at the customer's request (e.g., increasing the necklace chain length from 45 cm to 50 cm);
Gift cards;
Limited edition/collaboration items.
